Hotel blackouts of December 20, 2025 - January 5, 2026, March 29 - April 5, 2026 apply. Social event date, if applicable, must fall within travel window dates. If all requirements are met, the group leader will receive a private venue with chef’s BBQ menu for their social group for six hours, with two hours of food and beverages included, plus music, and dedicated waitstaff and bartenders (plus 15 minutes of self-serve beer/water after the served food and beverage service). Plus, if a group reaches 45 or more paid and traveled rooms with a signed contract, 3-night minimum per room, the group leader will receive a second private function to take place any evening of the group stay. This includes one hour of More Inclusive open bar in a private location with basic decor (high tables with white linens); lighting, extra decor and entertainment will be quoted separately. Private locations subject to availability. The available venues include: Spot Pool, Tucanes Pool, Casa Dorada, Enclave, or Beach Reserved Area at Generations Riviera Maya. No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. Any complimentary rooms earned for the group do not count towards the total number of rooms required to earn this promotion. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used towards a future trip. This offer is combinable with the ongoing ‘Up to $2,500 Off Promotion’ and any other current promotion, if applicable. Group leader(s) must book their room reservation within the group contract to receive all promotion benefits, and only guest rooms booked within the group count towards earning this promotion.
